Do these things ever become worth any money? completed ones im on about

Got a 2006 WC Official Panini one completed, clearly not going to be worth anything now, but will it ever appreciate?

Didnt you me Luigi and Marc and a few others all do the World Cup one with a flawless swaps through the post system?
