Is there any difference between the x14xe and the x16xe gearbox? Thanks

They were both fitted with F15CR or F17CR.

X14XE also came with F13CR only differences being slightly lower torque rating and first and third gears are slightly different ratios.

I've got a c16xe, with power box and 4branch, in uur opinion which would be best?

The one with closer ratios if better acceleration is what u want.

Well I've got a 1.4 box on it now, what box comes as standard on the c16?

Never seen a F17 box on a corsa?

1.4's came with F13CR's or in some cases F15CR's, All 1.6's should be fitted with a F15CR.

There isnt a "best", It depends what you want.

Also the final drive makes a differance.
