Bit nasty that. Poor woman. It says something about them not tying the boats together because it would take too long and cost extra! Shocking that! It's cost a human life now!

very rare they will tie the boats together but that's based more on giving the boats the ability to move apart if they need to. Cost wouldn't be an issue at all - I can see the argument maybe taking too long

The cost to that individual & her family/friends is a lot and is irreplacable, but to others, doesn't mean shit..=/ Just another one bites the dust
