Anyone done it? How did you get on? I've been looking at P90X and Insanity this morning, this one needs no equipment so it wins, I'm not looking for muscle gains but need to shed fat and tone what I have got (my feelings are once the fat has gone I can do some muscle exercises and it will show quicker anyway).

I can sort it danny, but how fit are you now?
If your like me and very unfit, id try something else. Its not called insanity for nothing. It will just demotivate you as its so so hard

Hmmm, I'm not particularly fit I'm jogging 10th min miles but that is hard work, I just need to burn body fat, I'm doing reps of biceps curls, push ups, squats etc just want to maximize the effort I put in into results, so workout DVD's or particular exercises that are good for this, throw anything this way

just started month 2 of insanity... and its exactly what it say on the tin insanity! every joint in my body is kiilling me.
if your going from zero I.E unfit then you need to do something else other than this. some of the moves you just wont be able to do. i do alot of cycling and did push ups to tighten the upper body before starting this.
the warm up alone is 15 mins of torture.
deffo works though! you really need to do the diet to get the best results!
