Thinking about buying a 3D starter pack for £199 which includes 2 sets of glasses, transmitter and 3 3D Blu-Rays. I'm not overly fussed about 3D though.

I have this tv with the 3D package. Glasses are a bit heavey but with image smoothing switched on its a quality tv.

Actually just realised the starter pack I saw doesn't include the transmitter which kinda renders it pointless. I'm hoping the active glasses are going to drop in price soon.

Nice TV James, we are probably getting a new 40" LED TV at some point but doubt we'd go for the 3D route - too expensive.
We saw a nice LED 3D TV in Best Buy yesterday, was pretty but very very expensive!

I didn't want 3D but that set was £599 on a special deal so I went for it.
