Or caliper/drum paint from Halfords? It's no dearer than hammerite anyway last time I got some.

i've used hammerite and orange brake caliper paint from ebay and both have been fine.

as long as it's high temp paint it should be fine.

just need to decide between brush on stuff or spray.

Hmmm well might get some black hammerite for rear drums and then just some yellow high temp paint for the front O and then paint my disks

Pretty sure this was smooth hammerite on mine.

The reason they call it hammerite, christopher is because youre are suppose to dip the end of a hammer in the paint and then hammer it on so it sticks better.

i used hammerite on mine and it burnt off after a while, got some proper caliper paint off ebay and its been fine

i used hammerite about a year ago on rear drums and calipers still good today
