Right, I'm 22 months into a 24 month contract on O2, and as of Friday I'm due a phone upgrade. Daft question, but how does this work?! Do I just ring them and they send me a shiney new phone for free? Do I have to take out a new contract? Is there certain list of phones available as I want to upgrade my iPhone? Cheers, never upgraded before!

if you have 2 months left that will be added on to the new contract you have to take out!
all phones are available but they wont all be free!
