follow instructions flame red given you, plus its bloody obvisous really when you do it, all you do is unscrew old stuff, winder and surround, set motor in correct point, i did it in tilt, so tilt roof first. Then screw in motor, holes already there. Ground brown wire from loom, link main wire to positive supply, think its 20amp. Put surround and light back in, hey presto, leccy roof! Anyprobs fittin ask me its easy as, took 20mins max!

oh yeah parts, tigra, carlton, astra, vectra. The surrounds however on the bigger cars are an inch longer, still fit but not as flush around the actuall sun roof. New from vaux surround is £7, not sure bout switch. Go scrappy look, £20 for everything i payed, switch surround and motor pluse couple of other bits

i would steer away from the tigra mechanism cos their sunroof is different to a normal sunroof as its part of the actual roof that moves.
heres what you need:
1. motor + switch from carlton/senator/cavalier/vectra
2. some wire (multi strand)
3. mkIII astra sport surround. look for it on EPC but its very hard to find so look at every section that EPC contains (mkIII astra sports came with electric sunroof as an optional extra)
then you can end up with something like this:
if you need any more info or help then just drop me an e-mail (demo@sw-cc.com) or PM
