Im in the process of repairing the rust on both of my doors at the minute Mine werent as bad as yours and all my spots were right at the bottom of the door so its not in a noticeable place. This is what i did with mine -

- Rub right back to bare metal with 180 grit
- Anti rust treatment
- Fill where needed
- Re sand with 300, 600 and 800 grit until smooth
- Zink primer
- Allow to dry for a day or two then rub back with 1200 grit
- Buff the surround areas with compound to make the existing paint as fresh as possible
- Paint
- Allow to dry for around 3-4 days then flatten back with 1200/1500 grit
- Use rubbing compound to remove overspray and blend the new paint in
- Polish the paint back up to restore the gloss

Heres a pic of mine in primer -

I painted it on tuesday and will be finishing it off tomorrow

This is by no means a text book way to do it and im not a bodywork expert, but its worked well for me and the repairs I've done so far this way are untouchable

Try watching some smart repair videos on youtube mate, gives you a good ideas of what you need to do with repairs like this

Replace the door, Its rusting from inside the seam. Bottom of the doors is due to the water collecting inside. Front edge seems to be common aswell, My tigra had the same problem.
