Up untill lately though the Punto has been off the road and was looking a bit shite, Ive spent a few weeks on it now and its looking quite nice again so I have my interest back, its going for a machine polish on saturday cause its all faded and Ive ordered a new headlight to replace the cracked one

There is a Corsa VXR round here with gloss black mirrors and I think it looks class, so I was thinking of getting mine done cause they are all stone chipped, what do you reckon to a plain flat nice and shiney black?

Would tie in with the sunroof nicely, do them yourself and save yourself a bit of cash.

could only end up a disaster if I tried it my self, cant see it costing that much if they do them in what ever black they have lying around?

How has it faded?

Surley a good hand polish and wax would be good for it.

Think the mirror cases come off pretty well so can easily be painted. A bodyshop would charge not alot to do them black.
