Why does everyone spray their hoodlining? Why not trim it?

Spraying is easy, cheap and people who have trimmed it have had issues with sticking, Plus its harder to make it look nice IMO.

I trimmed mine with black velour. Its light and it looks and feels fantastic. Took about 4 hours and it wasnt that expensive. It hasnt unstuck or sagged and people cant tell it apart from factory

Don't use spray adhesive, used it on mine and it sagged like a motherfucker after about a month! I'd use brushable stuff

I used Selley's Quik Grip Gel. Im not sure if you can get that over there, but im sure you have an alternative. Also, if what you mean by leatherette is vinyl, i wouldnt recommend it as its heavy and may make the ceiling board sag

Ive spayed mine. Just wiped over with grease and wax remover and sprayed with satin red vinyl and plastic paint with a coat of clear. Also cut that half wrap around band off
