Only thing i could suggest is use a different torque wrench since yours might be out of calibration, failing that i'd say scrappies or similair for a new one as you're doing

Only things iv needed to replace is cambelt and wheel bearings everything else iv replaced just for the sake of it being new

could of got a brand new bottom of the range base model hyundai with no optional extra for the money though
