Well i now have 2 sets of cyclones for the 306, so the 17s that are on it are no longer needed. Was thinking about removing the tyres and selling them seperately as they have plenty of tread left, and weighing in the wheels as they are curbed to bits!
Havent got a clue about scrap prices, so does anyone have an idea as to how much i would roughly be looking to get for 4 17" alloys?

Edit : Heres 2 of the wheels. Will get pics of the other 2 later.

How bad are the kerb marks???

Just rub them down a bit then a couple of rattle cans of paint, primer and sell them on for a few more ££££

Nah seriously mate, they're really bad! I'll try and get some pics over the next few days. But i really dont think it would be worth it. I would be up for doing it aswell as ive just refurbed a set that were kerbed and have come up excellent!
Think i would get more money by selling seperately tbh.

Save yourself the hassle of selling them on(unless they are good wheels) and just scrap them.I got 46quid last time i scrapped 17s.If they are just an average set of 17s just weigh them in.
Tyres, your looking at around 25-30quid each for a quick sale.If they are good makes, then you could try for more.

If i get over £40 for the wheels weighing them in i'll be happy. Would hope to get about 40 - 50 for tyres. Will upload some pictures in a second.

Hmm.... Did they have tyres? Never sold anything on ebay so dont know if i want to start now lol. Also, buyer wotuld have to collect aswell which narrows down the interest.

Bald ones, yeah. Young lad came for them and told me he was going to refurb them himself. I'd post a pic of how shitty they were if I was on my home PC.

I might actually try ebay first then, saves me paying to get the tyres removed. Worth a punt i suppose. Whats the story with ebay fees, how much do they charge?
