I didnt say it it was whiskey, just said thats what i like to drink
But i agree with you, its not as nice but never realised why!. Also drink Morgans spiced rum aswell.
Hmm wonder if you can still get the old recipe sailor jerrys any where
There's one or two pubs in town still sell it, so they either had surplus stocks or their provider has it. I know the company we get ours from can no longer get it

stowford press is lovely.
I was drinking this when I was in Southampton and I agree, can't get it up here though
Pretty sure all Lloyds bar will sell it unless you dont have one in your town
Never seen it anywhere in Scotland, sure I've been in a Lloyds bar before.
Wetherspoons/Lloyds will either serve stowford press or Thatchers, it's up to the pub manager. Few have got one in, hasn't sold well so they've changed to the other. We sell Thatchers in ours
the counting house sells thatchers gold, got to be the best cider out

I was drinking it on draught in spain this weekend - never really seen it before like that. You cant really go wrong when pouring it either.
3.20 oreos for draught and 4.50 oreos for bottle. WTF?
