Racing incident / 50:50 is a fairly apt description for the McNish one.

The Ferrari driver hit the rear quarter, plenty of time to see McNish coming through and slacken his line to avoid contact.

*however*

To get up the inside, McNish was riding the kerbs on the inside, it was a hell of a dive and looking at the slow-mo, he wasnt holding the line well and was going to run slightly wide on exit. Surprising move with under an hour on the clock.

The Audi move was the kind of the desperate move my friends would make on Forza 3 on the last lap. Completely unnecessary.

There's no such thing as an 'accident' somewhere along the line there's someone or something at fault.
