Anavar is a decent choice. Very few side effects, mild on the liver and steady keepable gains without the bloating effect of other orals / testosterone. Will only put you a couple of lbs of lean tissue on within 8 weeks or so but will also help lean you out considering your diet's in check.

anavar is a cutter, wont see much gains strength wise tbh, and orals wont harm your liver unless you abuse the shit out of them....... best gains youll see is if you diet properly, no eating rubbish fatty foods, out boozing at the weekend etc etc, get your diet perfect before you try anything, wether it be juice or stupid pills from holland and barrett

Anavar is the best thing I've ever used for strength. Even on a cut my lifts go up. You're right about it not being the best for sheer mass gain when compared to test and orals like dbol though.

ive noticed mass strength gains from anavar tbh, cutting using anavar ive never dropped strength tho, which is what your looking for when cutting, anything more is a bonus i guess

Na not very big tbh. Currently sitting at about 14 stone.

A few poor mirror pics of me: (bear in mind that I've only ever done one anavar cycle and a prohormone called Epistane so by no means a "sted head". Thinking of doing a test cycle soon though but want to cut up a bit first. Just want to add more chest mass.

I'm 5'10. I weighed about 13stone 7 about 6 months ago at a similar bodyfat so since I started on the epistane and then var I've put about 7lbs on and stayed about same bodyfat. I could have probably put double that on if I'd have just gone on a course of test but I was just after more subtle leaner gains. Not too sure I want to go the injectible route just yet though tbh.
