Yeah I was 3 years ago too Sooty - it wasn't good enough 4 me - thats why I went bak to school ... I can earn up to 30K within the next 4 years

well your 26 and as english derees are only 3 years thats 6 years. so your first degree would have been done at least 6 years ago but as you worked for 2 years that means you did your first degree 8 years ago when fees were not means tested because they were free. grants were means tested but fees were not. your second degree is of the same level as the first therefore even if university education was still free you would have to pay because of the second degree being of the same level.

I earn 17K but then working as a goverment research scientist does not pay well. I do get a rather good pension though and I don;t have to deal with the plebs of the speices like you
