has anyone ever done this or know anyone that has?? i have been reading about it on good old google and i was just wondering if it is possible to have a set of wheels filled and re-drilled from 5x100 pcd to 4x100 pcd? really clueless about this

Can get adaptors for them. Depends on the offset aswel though as obviously the adaptor will move them out slightly

yeh this is the reason i am looking to get them redrilled one because i think it would look wicked and make people look twice wih 4x100 pcd and i dont want them sticking out

You can, But you need to find somebody who knows what they are doing, Its not easy to do.
You will struggle to find somebody who can do it in the UK. Might get lucky though!

Why would he struggle to find someone over here that can do alloy welding? Any wheel refurb place would be my first port of call, if they can't directly offer it ask them for the no. of a good alloy welder. Can't see it being anything difficult and i'm genuinely wondering why you think it would be

Because Yes, it is mostly just alloy welding, But you can get weak spots and its not a cast wheel anymore so most people wont touch it.
But yeah main reason is finding somebody who is willing to do it and can do a good job.

Filling in 4 holes isn't going to fuck anything up, as long as you get the wheel itself balanced without the tyre on it i can't see the danger at all.
