Yep because dangerous driving never killed anyone!

yeah obviously it does. but what i did wasn't dangerous driving, i had a good clear view off the whole road ahead and was stuck behind a Sunday driver doing about 35mph on a 60 road and took my chance.
when i passed my test i didn't just leave it at that, before i even got a car i went and done my advanced driving with Durham county council

I was going to say, what level of IAM?

And the 1st stage of Police driving is non-response or ferrying from A-B. It doesn't make you any better a driver, it just says that you appear to be capable of driving.

Or was it actually pass plus that you did?
