tell you what ben your cunt work colleagues who work at ford are a bunch of wankers, for years i have been ringing up to order bits then going in when they arrive to pay, so i ring up today and they are really arsey saying that i will have to go up and pay for them first meaning two trips, bunch of cunts

true.
if someone doesn't turn up to pay and collect their parts, the dealer can sell them on easily enough if it's a new car and a normal part e.g scuff plates/fancy gearknobs etc.
if you go and order obscure parts for a car no longer made it makes it harder for them if you don't collect and pay for them.

if they vor or even stock order non stocked stuff you usualy cant PDR and leaving a dealer with aload of bits they will never sell
