well im considering getting another cupra, miss my old one, seen this one up for sale.... imo good price, milage is high but its been rebuilt and forged internals etc... what do you guys think as tbh its been along time so im a bit rusty on what would be needed for ihi or bigger turbo... guessing fuel pump, injectors, turbo then map?
Just had a ko3s put on and custom mapped by jabba, it's done 105k but the engine had a rebuild at 84k with forged rods, new pistons, supertech valves, retainers and springs, all new bearings, gaskets etc. Mot till dec '11 and will have a years tax as of the end of june. Got 2 folders full of receipts, old mot's, tax etc.

Would you have a mk4 Ibiza cupra? There's a black one on eBay running 240bhp for 4295 which isn't much more than that one I know which one i would have

I think with the work on the engine, a GT28 should be suitable which would give around 350bhp

All that rust says it hasn't been looked after, the engine might be ok worth a punt.

My old standard ish one is on piston heads and is only on 50 odd k for that much... was very clean when i had it

Mine rusted in the same places. The paint is shit. They are all stone chipped to fuck usually.

yeah ive seen him on there he had it up for sale a few months ago becuase i wanted the drivers mirror off him
if you buy this and dont want the small drivers mirror let me know
