What are the bumpers worth? And side skirts with the L bits and arches etc?
And how much would you pay?
Also do gsi have a rear bumper? Or will it just go with my 1998 bumper?

Generally between £100 and £200 for a front bumper if it's complete. Less if it's damaged or missing the splitter, grilles and fogs.
Side skirts about £30 each.
Rear bumper is just a pre-96 painted.
98 one will be half painted either old or new shape, the latter having a covered tow eye.
Ideally you want an older one so there's no dividing line between the two portions.

couple of options on the pre 97 rear bumper if you want to be picky, GSi ones were not exactly the same as other pre 97 ones.
If the Pre 97 was half colour coded they have a little line where the paint went up to -
GSi -
I think the full black non colour coded bumpers are the same as the full colour coded GSi ones but obviously without paint.

Adam,
I thought the 1st bumper you posted were on the late(early)sports if that makes sense? Just before they went to the post 97 ones
All other pre 97 bumpers are the same as the gsi ones from what ive seen in the scrappies etc.
See below:
Base model non colour coded

That first one stated out life as a half colour coded on a 1.2 8v Vegas. Im pretty sure if its half colour coded its same as the other pre 97s just with that line where the paint stops. Dunno how long they did them for though, maybe just a year before they changed over to the post 97?
