ive been told the little door over the petrol cap should be locked closed when the doors are locked, by central locking. As it is, mine is unlocked all the time and anybody could syphon diesel out of my tank if they wanted too!

Anybody got any remarks or suggestions?? My corsa is a 5dr if that makes any difference.

You help is appreciated!

have you got central locking if not then thats why

OPem it up and get someone to lock ur doors while u observe what is going on, Wouldnt worry though,, the lock is well filmsy and anybody could break any corsas one, IMO (please dont try it though :lol

Ive got the lock on mine, but also got a locking cap from halfords too cos as beav says, u can get into the flips easy. Only cost 10 quid i think for a locking cap, worth it tho.

Mines a GLS too (3 doors tho) and I have central locking including the petrol cap.
Try what Beav said and leave it open while you lock the doors. There should be a small rod/bolt that springs out from the left hand side that would normally lock thru a hole on the petrol cap.

its got an anti siphon thing on it so it will be near imposs to siphon outa so dont worry!

the fuel pipe has a wiggle init or sumink i fink, or has two sharp bends in it, try stickin a pipe down it an suckin, u wont get nefin!
