As above I've tried two different f15cr gearboxes and 4 brand new 22spline cv joints but the passenger side cv still keeps coming out the box ?

i had this problem on my f18 with my seh engine found out i had nova shafts. there like 3cm smaller than corsa ones u tryed that

No mate I didn't know that, do you know what a Corsa shaft should measure? Cheers

nova ones are fat and corsa ones are thin ish i had corsa gsi shafts sittin there so just put them next to each other mate and corsa gsi shafts 22 spline were inner cv is as u already no nova are 25 so just count them mate wont take long at all but if you are runnin nova shafts u have to get new cv to go onto the corsa 22 shaft and if u aint got abs u need a abs hub as i found out like 3 days ago not fun if that is the case get a tigra hub and i take it its drivers side shaft?

I haven't got abs mate. The engine shafts, hubs, discs everything I'm using are out of a l reg Corsa gsi? No mate it's the passenger side the smaller shaft? And they are defiately 22spline cvs? Garages I've been to said that it could be because my cars lowerd? Or my chasis is bent and there not lining up right but that's just a guess they have made?

oh if they came off the corsa gsi then u got right shafts lol and u can have ya car 110m and wont pop out when cv pops out again look at split pin thing on end of it see if its sticking out that helps it from coming out box and castle nut tight? lower ball joint tight?

yeah castle nuts tight. The ball joints abit old/worn now so ill replace it and I've tried a few brand new cvs and they all keep popping out? I'm getting a another new cv and ball joint tonight so I'll try them mate nice one.
