i know someone was on about ebay the other day being a bit naff or something along the lines of, but why all of a sudden can i not list car parts?

our lass listed a few kids toys and dresses etc earlier today and had no problem but when i go to use the same account to list a few odds and sods iv got its saying our selling rates/service are below standard and its nowhere below standard

402 feedback at 99.6% is good imo

all mint mate, we're good sellers and have been for years, obv had a few hiccups when people have said they haven't received things in the hope they'd get a refund but stated sending EVERYTHING recorded a few month ago so buyers cant do that anymore

Star ratings are counted over the last 12 months and are fairly easy to go under. Think you only need 2 or 3 people giving less then 3 stars on any of the 4 categories to drop under their 'standards'.

You know your overall ratings can all be around 95-99% and you could still have a couple of people who have given you 2 stars for communication or packaging costs and this will be "below standard" on eBay. Have a look at your detailed performance page here: http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SDPerformance that will tell you where you are below standard in eBays eyes and why....
