I went in a XE a few days back, had no power steering and whilst driving I could feel something like hitting/grinding on the steering and the alternator may aswell of been touching the chassi leg it was that close, the lad said he had left one of the plates out of the back gearbox mount :O

them plates arent always needed. from experience some ive fitted have needed the plates where others havent.

That sounds rough though ^^^

beardy fitted my c20xe and supplied parts i just got the engine and gearbox myself the only ballache about it is u will need to get ur car to oldham

Then i have to get brakes

then i have to change my front set up to cope with the engine urghhh lol cba

mayb in the future if i cant find a mint one i might think about it but at the moment i want toms but looks like hes gona sell it
