Im in the middle of installing a set of buckets and im going to fit harnesses aswell my only problem is that i want to keep rear passengers so im struggling with what to do. I was going to get 3pointers and mount it to one of the REAR belt buckle points so it will be shared by both fronts and rears - i will have the belt cutting diagonally across the front of the rear passengers so is this legal? Does anyone know where could do me a 'new' mounting point dead center in the back so that it doesnt obstruct rear passengers? I was also thinking bout a 5point job but would need a 'new' point for the crutch strap, ohhwerr! Any suggestions/help, many thanx.

u could get ones like kennis which have a seperate buckle in the back, this means u can disconnect the harness if people are in the back and just leave it hanging or tuck it behind the seat, then u can just use the regualr seatbelt, but do it back up again and use harnesses when ur on ur own

How you gonna fix the two buckles from the front?? Make a hole in the middle and connect at the rear?? You will have to make that new screaw safe, in the terms of welding plates on the other side of the car body. Its also dangerous to the user and harnesses are not designed to be installed in such an angle.

Eh? The two front buckles will use the existing bolt nearest the door where the standard belt was fitted and the other on the bolt hole in the subframe where the SEATBELT buckle clip went?
