I know this was asked a few weeks back, and iirc i replied saying it was still free.

But ive just tried to submit an ad and its not giving me the option of a free ad.

Just has Private Advert (£9.99) or Trade Advert options.

Can some1 have a look please.

Its £9.99 for 30 days unless you registered on PH forum before a certain date(2008 I think).

Just stick it on auto trader (which is also an absolute joke in terms of price). We sold ours pretty quickly on there a few days ago for more than we wanted.

No, i was under the impression that it will only be accepted if it had been around the Nurburgring.

One of the best sites for cars for sale, within a year it will be back to free as it will just die off if the majority have to pay.

I've just put a free ad up and everything was normal for me. I agree that it is the best site around for selling/buying car, espeically modified ones. Hopefully this change won't make it quieter.

taken from pistonheads

Long-term PH forum members have received free adverts for some time now, and we have reduced the membership term needed to qualify. Now, if you have been a PH forum member before 1st January 2009, you will qualify for ads FREE OF CHARGE. From now on, we'll bring this date forward periodically to continue to reward long-standing contributors to the site.
