Corsa B GSi proffessionally converted to 2ltr 16v.
Hi we have just built this car for my partner, but after buying a bigger car we no longer wish to keep it, it is still registered as a 1.4 8v but can be registered as a 2ltr 16v if new owner wishes, it will also get 12months MOT once it is sold.
Spec list for Corsa
Rear boot lid de-locked and wiper taken off and smoothed out.
Momo steering wheel.
16” Team Dynamic alloys, sprayed black. 3 good avon ZV3 tyres one needs replacing.
Engine bay.
Engine bay fully plated up and seam welded to strengthen it.
Engine bay re-sprayed and tided up.
Uprated bottom arms with poly bushes.
New track rod ends.
Power steering rack adjustered for new electric steering.
Uprated antiroll bars with poly bushes and spacer kit.
Uprated driveshafts with big hubs and 2ltr joints/CV boots.
TAS completion rally mounts. (engine rock solid.)
Brakes.
Wilwood 4-pot brakes running 285mm discs and Feraldo 3000 pads.
New drivers side rear brake cylinder, brakes stripped down cleaned and re-adjustered.
Rear compensator valve adjusted to accommodate the lowness of rear axle.
Fueling.
Uprated walbra 255 fuel pump.
New fuel filter.
FSE 4 bar fuel pressure regulator.
Engine.
Brand new Coscast head from Courtney sport.
Head stage 3 port and polished inlet and outlet.
Gas flowed.
1mm oversized valves.
New tappets.
New stem seals/ valve guides.
Uprated inlet camshaft.
New spark plugs.
Full cambelt kit including tensioners.
New water pump.
Full ARP head stud kit conversion.
Cometic metal head gasket.
Inlet manifold ported to match head.
Exhaust manifold ported to match head.
4 branch manifold 2 ¼” 4-2-1 (2” standard).
De-cated.
2 ½” cat back jetex stainless exhaust system, with 3” round tailpipe inwardly rolled.
Courtney cool running thermostat.
2ltr turbo uprated alloy radiator.
Pacet uprated rally fan.
Electric power steering conversion with braided hose.
Oil cooler with braided hoses.
Samco water hoses.
Polished rocker cover.
Polished fuel rail.
Polished inlet manifold.
Chipped ECU.
Gearbox.
Recon F18 wide ration gearbox with LSD.
Shortshift metal gear linkage.
New oil filter and oil 10/40 fully synthetic.
Standard bottom end. (Would recommend ARP main bearing bolts.)
This car will come with a years MOT once it has been sold.
