My mates thinking about doing 1 he has a Mreg corsa 1.4 16v Sri and its a complete calibra all I wanna know realy is what mounts and hubs will we need and is there anything else that will be needed that isn't with eather of the cars any help appreciated thank you

It's basically the same as a c20xe conversion mate. they use the same mounts. you can use the same hubs but you'll need to get 1.6 shafts with cav mk2 inner cv's. then you'll need brakes etc... it's all in either the search or google - been done many times
