iv already signed this upto my laptop and phone does that mean someone else would be able to view it on another laptop with my login details or would it not allow it ?

Won't allow it mate.

A good mate of mine has his on an iPod and Laptop, tried logging in and it says you've reached maximum devices and logs you back out.
