General information -
Decided to sell the corsa the only reason is i quite fancy having a go at owning an astra gsi and can't insure both.
It has a rebuilt dispack c20xe from a cav sri which i broke for the engine (clocks showed 125k when i broke it and i added approx 15k while it's been in the corsa). Like i said though the engine was rebuilt only 1500 miles ago
Engine had a good rebuild using
New piston rings, main and big end shells
Full gasket set
Recut valves, skimmed and pressure tested head
Honed and decked block
Recon oil pump and hydrolic lifters
New timing belt kit and water pump
New gm spark plugs, oil and filter
New big end, mains, head and flywheel bolts
New engine management temp sensor
New antifreeze
Has oil cooler fitted correctly
Polished power cap, heatsheild, oil cap and loom cover
TTV racing lightend flat fly wheel and new clutch with astra vxr pressure plate bolts
F16cr gearbox rear lower casing broke but holds oil fine it has been helicoiled too, also using rear mount spacers and extended gearlinkage selects all gears perfect
New gearbox oil
New throttle, speedo and clutch cable
M-TEC hubs and shafts with new cv boots
New suspension arms, balljoints and track rod ends
2.0 cav sri front calipers with red dot grooved discs and pads
New brake hoses front and back
New brake fluid dot 5.1
Supersport shocks and springs
Front antiroll bar removed
Has rear disc conversion using astra gsi parts, powder coated rear axel and powerflex bushes
2.25" exhaust with decat and removed centre box and flexi pipe welded in
Pipercross viper carbon enclosed air filter with cold air feed
Depo headlights
Lmf slatted grill
Tigra scuttle pannel and new wiper arms and bosch wipers
Has full black interiour including all piller trims and roof lining.
Rear seats removed and corbeau gt reclining seats and sparco harnesses, momo race steering wheel and boss kit, vauxhall genuine floor mats and under glovebox tray and tigra clocks
Also has central locking, eletric windows, eletric heated mirrors and epas
Tigra alloys new front khumo tyres, rears are wearing on inner edges
Body work is not the best to be honest could do with a good polish and some tlc, has gloss black bonnet fitted and smoothed rear wiper hole
Has loads of recipts most from vauxhall old mot's ect
Only looking for a cash sale so no swaps ect, will break if i have too would be quite a shame though
