to anyone with astra g sidelights...
how did you get around the fact the drivers side one doesn't go rite in?

What you mean it doesn't go straight in?
If you mean the bulb holder then they deffo go in

no mate i mean the actual sidelight doesn't go all the way in and sit flush with the wing, its always been about 2-3mm out and iv just been on repairing the wing, had to bend the arch in a little bit and stick the plastic arch back on now my sidelight wont click in, its like the wire/connector is pushing up against something on the inside

having the same problem wont stay flush with the wing and now keeps coming loose anyone got a solution?

Carbon canister is behind there I believe. Either move or remove

Me and sean both had the same problem! I just pushed mine in as far as it goes and doesnt really bother me tbh! :/ However would still like to know how to sort it

do you got genuine vauxhall astra g side indicators ?
Late south african corsas have the astra g side indicators as standard !!

I shortend mine to make it fit . Making sure I didn't leave any wires or any of the bulb exposed

how? with a file? if so, iv just done that and its helped a lot and is in fine but has pulled the wing back out a touch
