Is the goodybag showing in your GG control panel (usually that can take a few minutes of hammering the refresh button)? But it should work, in the past as soon as i've purchased a Goodybag the net/mins/texts all work.

Yeah its showing as active on my account. It could be my phone playing up, dont get great coverage at work.

If I buy a goodybag for £25, my 1500mins run out, can I buy another / buy normal credit....
How often can I buy goodybags etc?

You can only apply/add a single goodbag every month to your account, so if you run out of mins/texts then it'll be taken out of credit.
