A 1.4 16v would put out more power and would be similar cost.

If you dont want it to last and just want to keep it simple/cheap you could not bother with a plate, just do a rising rate fpr and run tiny amounts of boost.

16v has the added advantage of a VXR turbo although your need a oil filter relocation kit (good idea anyway considering the temps, plus it would be a good chance to fit a oil cooler without worrying about space issues).

Feed needs to be messed with as it has to come from the pressure switch, return has to be above oil level in sump.

To do it properly your looking at £1,000 plus management.

Not at all.

Ditch the injection and use a carb of a metro turbo. Rejet it. Job done.

Not massive power gains but still fun to build.
