well new to this im not goin to post my last one as it will take hours..

was grey 130 with suspension work trial and error and really was a back road terrorist..

this one will be the same with the same bits and bobs only with an xe and close box..

have a gander


how it arived













car was then stripped and machine polished









bumpers etc were then painted gloss black.. this is now being scrapped for facelift bumpers in red..



fresh engine bay..



and back together.. next step is facelift bumpers







new vs old



then sport interior was fitted..



car is now sitting nearly ready for mot..

needs o2 sensor repaced and a rear spring and see what it fails on..

spec is/will be

Redtop with a bit of tweeking.. - arrives on friday
F13 CR - 130 max speed at 7k in 5th - sitting waiting
gsi cav brakes - sitting waiting
courtney 4 branch manifold - sitting waiting
apexi suspension set up from the other car
bump steer spacers and poly bushes from the grey car
Arb front and rear
15" astra wheels in black

job done.. daily driver with a bit of poke

bits ariving..

afm/ mount



and the loom from a turbo one.. with a lot of extra bits that need removed.. and a bit needs repaired due to fire





collecting the engine tomorro.. then back to the stand to be stripped and the decompression plate and gaskets removed top hat and turbo removed

new reground crank and bearing and ARP bottom end bolts

mot tonight.. was an EPIC fail.. but again i checked lights and drove it fuck out of to there and back.. as it was lying

blew a whole int he exhaust in the process..

needs rear chassis leg patch
os sill patches
and lots of we silly 5 min fixes that arnt worth mentioning..

ohh and an axle



but i forgot how well it went as a 1,2.. and it loves the bends in standard form..

all the bits now here for the redtop bar a clutch and flywheel

head set and sump set also bought.. so engine building asap timing belt was only a few weeks old before the car was broke so winner

time to strip and sort the engine..

the famous box of ****e







cams and top end looking great.. no starvation of oil.. and the cams seam to be unblocked also









head off





also in great shape..

the gaskets and spacer place mate up a whapping 5.5mm









fresh gasket



crank also in great condition.. as it was rebuild





the car lying out side.. soon to be welded and back for mot




then i had to shoot off and buy this racey little number..
