To get you up to speed ive been at my current (18 hours a week) job 3 weeks but just been offered a full time (40 hours a week) job but they want me to start tomorrow which i dont care id happily do it but my other job wants 4 weeks notice can i just hand my notice in an stop going? Or do you have to work the notice period.
Cheers for any advice

It'll be in your contract.
If there's no contract then just quit and start the new job.

i havent been payed yet from my current job and i have to work a month in hand so wont get payed for another 5 weeks, i googled it an some people are saying (from what i've seen) they could not pay me for what i've worked to which i don't really care tbh i just thought somebody on here might have a certain answer.
my current job is £88 a week the new job is £300 a week so its a no brainer really to which job i go to

Make the move. If you haven't signed a contract then you don't have to give any notice. Out of courtesy you should but don't let it hinder future opportunities

Just go, they will find it very hard to enforce any sort of punishment. If you resigned today they would probably urge you to start asap anyway so they can get a replacement it

Go for it! They biggest loss is you don't get paid, I'm not sure you'd get a reference from them either lol. Other than that, don't waste an opportunity like that. Check your contract if you have one.
