does anyone know where i can buy one of these? and do they split from the rack itself?

steerin arms are a tenner tops from a motor factor. dnt know about tie rods, i couldnt find new ones

see the steering arms are they the things that the track rod end goes onto?

Track rods and track rod ends, think thats what you mean, and the rods/arms should unscrew from the rack
