2 Eggs, Bit of Milk, Salt Pepper. Butter in the pan. Go Go Go!
Yip or even better cream.
Crack 3 eggs into a pan, whisk gently whilst in the pan with a touch of salt. When it starts colouring pour some cream in and continue whisking until all is cooked
Stick on top of a toasted croissant, job done.

Crack 2 eggs into a jug, add milk, salt & vinegar, whisk it as fast as you can without it splashing everywhere, fire it in the micro.
Toast bread and eat.
WIN!!

Both ways are good for me. I add milk if I do it in the microwave or I do just eggs in the pan. Less washing up the microwave way, sort of.
Only reason I do microwave is cuz I can't be bothered to wash a pan after .

Yeah right microwaved egg is a right bastard to get off.
How long are you cooking it for? I can cook it, plate it and wash my Pyrex out while it's cooling down a little.

Get a decent non-stick Can fry and egg on mine without any oil. You'd only add butter for flavour really.
