Hello

i have a problem all that needs doin now is water hoses all done except the heater matrix one as its a bastard my inlet is literraly 2 finger tips away from it i can send pic to someone to show its seriously close

how has everybody got around this?

i struggled with the same problem to start with but i foulnd with the proper conversion hose kit it fitted better.

your supposed to attach them pipes to the heater matrix before sticking in the engine!

ive always fitted the hoses on to the car after the engines been fitted, roose hoses are the brillaint, i wouldnt go anywhere else now

Tryed underneath on top lol everything but no luck think im gonna have to go roose would they sell just the one hose for the matrix?

reecegsi theres 2 different manaifolds one has a extra pice of cast that sits right in line with the matrix hose, whats yours like? picture?

think i cut abit off the end of my matrix when i did mine as iirc there are like 2 swages on the outlet.

Yh thats mine davieslim got a chunk hanging down i looked on mates let same shell his inlet smaller so looked at couple xes and there inlets ant got the chunk i have hanging how could i get rid of it? Or how could i go round it?

I did exactly the same to one of the pipes on my matrix. I fitted the pipework after installing the engine.

Have you had any problems with hose coming off under pressure? I really need to sort this problem but i cant figure anything out???

I've had no issues at all. Originally I used Vauxhall hoses and later updated them to Roose items. I've had no issues with any water hoses in over 2 years.

Ok well i have just ordered all hoses that are needed from roose should be here wendsday so all is good and now im broke lol
