Hi, before people say use the search bar i have and i cant seem to find a straight answer, i have a corsa b 1.0 12v the shell is mint so i wont be changing that. so.. i was wondering if i get a donor 1.4 16v sport will evrything just be a straight swap like the mounts etc? ive herd rumours that the 12v shell is slightly different to the 16 valvers is this true is just a load of rubbish cheers

There are two types of shell, the passenger side mount is different on the 16v cars.
shaunmods on here has done that conversion although with an X16XE which is externally the same.

thanks for the reply i had i look and it never really gave the information i was needing, if i was to use the mounts out of the sport would they fit on the 12v shell?

Yeah just swap every thing from the sport over to the 1.0 go for the 1.6 sport mate you wouldn't l
Know the difference just by looking if it was a 1.4 or 1.6 as there the same engine tbh
