Put some new discs on before Oulton Park 2.5weeks ago and this is them already
The discs are proper scored, on both sides of the disc, both sides of the car. Pads are scored too (pads weren't new though).
Any ideas what could cause this? It hasn't been making any odd noises, binding noises etc.

Were the old discs scored? yes
WHich in turn will have scored the pads
Now your transferred this to the new discs
Get new discs and pads and be done with it.

Don't see the point of putting new discs on if you're not going to do the pads while you're at it

Souldnt really do just discs, as you wont get 100% face to face covered on the brake force.
So you have just been braking on the high spots of the pads, causing the grooves on the new discs.
