you can fit the cender unit and tank from an sri or gsi corsa.. round £40 i paid for.. use origunal fuel lines.

just speak to a specialist engineer to fabricate a set of engine mounts.. cheap as fck..

Marv,

You can use the fuel pump from any tigra or any of the 16v corsas.
(15 mins max) Just lift the flap under the back seat, unclip plug, undo 2 fuel pipes & slide the pump out then slide the (bigger) pump back in.

Use your old corsa rad. You can cut away some of the cowling or drill a new hole for the peg on the bottom.
I drilled a new hole because it moves the rad away from the exaust.

The fitting kit comprises of:

mounts
shafts/hubs
Powercap worth £119 - gives a few bhp
brackets to drop anti-roll-bar
air filter
fitting guide.

The full kit is £215 more than the shafts - when you take the value of the powercap into account all the other kit is costing less than 100 quid.

Re the pump - get one from any MPi Corsa and you'll be fine. If you get a complete donor car this will give you everything you need including the CV's. Just purchase yourself a pair of Corsa wheel bearings and you're ready to go!

The new hubs are Corsa size but machined to take an Astra CV. When you fit new hubs it's always advisable to fit new wheel bearings, and it's just standard Corsa bearings that fit.

Some non-OE bearings aren't as strong as Vaux parts, so make sure it's a good quality bearing you fit else they won't last that long.
