Try it, one of our British GT drivers does it and is no slower than the other driver who doesn't.

You may have a slower minimum but you have a slightly faster exit aswell as being slightly later on the brakes.

the problem is the EXIT though

She cant get any sort of healthy power down till the car is straight (on tight slow speed corners)

Stop and go will give a better terminal at the end of the straight, no harm in trying it and overlaying the data.

a bit of background....

the car is almost fine all all corners but slow/tight corners (hairpins)

You keep saying stop go but she is either going to have wait till almost on the exit kerb to accelerate - I dont think that'll be quicker.

I know what your referring to then - going in deeper, sharper slower turn straighting the corner exit and flooring it. It wouldnt work on the hairpin in the vid

ive not read any replies but have you got an LSD?

looks like as shes going round the rear drivers wheel is trying to turn too fast resulting in the back end stepping out.

also it looks like shes turning in slightly too early then having to put too much lock on to get out of it, this could also be a reason why its doing what its doing.

also your comment about the rear drivers lifting through the corner could also be another thing which wouldnt help matters..

i think its neigh on impossible to find out whats happening without changing something and trying it again to see if its reduced the effect etc.

does it do it in the dry?

chris - this thread was just to see / confirm a lifting wheel not really to find the cause.

Stuff has been tried, parts changed, diff changed etc etc etc. Her line isnt really off at all, 2nd lap yes because there was a car there (why she let the Leon up the inside is another matter )

It could just be the obsene power out put on tyres which just cant take it on tight corners.. Plus its damp which makes it worse.

What was it like tgrough the corkscrew at anglesey?
