Missus is well into making soup, last couple of weeks we've had

- Pumpkin and Chorizo
- Brocolli and Danish Blue
- Carrot, Corriander and Chilli
- Roasted Tomoato and Cheviot Cheese
- Butternut Squash and Chilli
- Roasted Sweet Pepper

James, I've done the same, replacing one meal a day with soup and a roll. Bit more exciting than a cold sandwich at work

Carrot and coriander is good. Can't beat a good pan of tattie soup though!

What is the Danish blue like? I prefer the taste of Roquefort to Stilton, but it's not as strong in a soup, so I couldn't imagine Danish Blue having a strong taste either unless you use a hell of a lot?
