straight through
high lift cams (dont matter about make all the same really)
head skim
set of carbs

what kind of bhp would i achive roughly??

you wouldnt have a power cap with carbs matey.

carbs and cams....could only run a mild fast rodad profile with arp bolts around 185-190bhp

I'd start with a proper rebuild, so it's running like it was when it was new. Your engine is getting on for 20 years old.

They come with 4-2-1 exhaust manifold anyway.
