cant send or recive picture messages on my galaxy s2, any ideas? when people send a photo it just says download but when i click download nothing happens?

Had this with o2 last week on a new samsung. Went on to the help desk online, the guy told me to take out the sim and battery then delete all messages, send an mms to a friend then once received got my mate to send me one back, still had to press download but it worked. Took about 5 mins to download though, was not impressed. This was on a samsung W

Try deleting all of your APN settings then re-add the APN(s) needed for your network. Had a similar problem with a HTC Wildfire on O2, Tech Support didn't have a clue but the above worked.
