Not as much as i want to.

I tend to have my breakfast much later and i skip lunch when im off work. when im at work i have breakfast really early and lunch along with my weight gainer in between meals.
Dont really eat a lot of chocolate or sweets for that matter.

will pig out completely over xmas and up to the new year, then I'll be making a trip to the Gym for the first time in 4 months to make myself feel that slightly better about myself :-)
