inside as in the cabin?
Firsty - why?
Get a junction box, red battery cable, earth cable, battery cage/tray.
1: locate the new battery (behind pas seat or in boot)
2: run +ve cable from engine bay to new location. (use junction box to join new to existing +ve)
3: ground the old earth to chassis
4: run a new short earth from battery to chassis
5: secure it all, insulate terminals etc

if you are putting it inside the car it needs to either be a sealed type or you need to fit it in sealed battery box with a vent pipe outside as non sealed lead acid types will produce gas as they charge, not sure if its an mot fail but its certainly best practice and the safest way

Does it matter if it's in the rear of the car in a battery bag?
