think about it. bassong was never getting a game, pav hardly got a look in and they both had time on their contracts. saha and nelson know they will be sitting on the bench a lot of the time and prob only come on if the game isnt going anywhere. bassong will now go to wolves where he will most probably play week in/week out and keep his eye in the game and we got 8m for pav. hardly going to upset the balance of the team til the end of the season

i didnt think he would be all that but he's alright. in fairness sandro is just as good and is more suited to our style of play

Its a hell of a lot of wages for two players who aren't going to contribute. We wouldve been better off having a couple of the youngsters on the bench and getting some experience.
A couple of weeks ago at the Spurs v Everton game Saha could get the ball on target and he had numerous opportunites.
Just can't see them being any use.

harrys always been good at getting the best out the players so you never know. pav was too much like darren bent to be any use for us anyway.

pav is a lazy russian twat like arshavin. Heard a little interview with Kanchelskis, who basically said the russian ethos was to get paid big then not to bother trying to better yourself when you get the lifestyle, hence why a lot of russian players come over here then turn shit
